Terms of Service: The Mandate

By engaging with Alpha Hero (alphahero.com.ng), you are entering a professional environment defined by discretion, certainty, and strategic progression. This "Mandate" governs your access to our private collection and market intelligence.

1. The Advisory Relationship

The content provided on this platform—including "The Intel" reports and "The Protocol" summaries—is for visionary and informational purposes. A formal advisory relationship is only established upon the execution of a signed Private Acquisition Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property & "The Protocol"

All proprietary methodologies, including our 7-point Title Sovereignty audit and structural vetting processes, are the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Hero. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our private collection data without written authorization from our lead liaison.

3. User Conduct & Discretion

As a member of the Alpha Hero ecosystem, you agree to provide accurate "Liaison Coordinates." Any attempt to provide fraudulent data or bypass our "Discretion Shield" will result in immediate exclusion from our private briefing list.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Alpha Hero prides itself on Absolute Certainty, real estate trajectories are influenced by shifting market forces. Alpha Hero is not liable for fluctuations in market value or third-party infrastructure delays beyond our sovereign control. We provide the data; you provide the signature.

5. Dispute Resolution (The Forum)

Any disagreements arising from the use of this platform or our preliminary briefings shall be resolved through private mediation in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, prior to any escalation to the Nigerian judicial system.
